Martin DesRosiers, CEO of Nucleus, and the rest of the management team at Nucleus will remain in their current roles. Nucleus will continue to operate as a stand-alone entity under its current brand as a Canadian corporation. As part of the acquisition, Nucleus founder Gary Baerg will transition away from his involvement with the company.
“We are thrilled to have a Canadian-owned and operated company joining the Executech family. The Nucleus team has built an incredible reputation with their clients, and we look forward to growing and collaborating together,” said DJ Dorff, CEO of Executech.

The acquisition adds additional geographical reach to the Executech brand and allows both Nucleus and Executech teams access to deeper layers of technical knowledge. Nucleus clients will receive the same service and partnership from the same team they have come to expect.
“Executech’s vision and values align extremely well with our own. We are excited to have the additional resources available through Executech while continuing to scale our operations across Canada,” said Martin DesRosiers, CEO of Nucleus.
This acquisition is the third major acquisition by Executech in the past 12 months. As part of the Evergreen Services Group portfolio, Executech continues to pursue acquisition opportunities with companies that emphasize a culture of client success and employee development.
