Eviden's French Aerospace Defense Unit Achieves EMAR 21G Certification with Bureau Veritas

Since 2022, Bureau Veritas experts have been assisting the Eviden development and production site in Aix-en-Provence with the deployment of requirements related to the production of aeronautical equipment in accordance with EMAR 21G regulations

Eviden, the Atos Group business leading in digital, cloud, big data and security, announces that at the end of 2023 it received EMAR 21G approval for its development and production site in Aix en Provence. For Eviden, obtaining this accreditation, with the support of Bureau Veritas, marks a key milestone in its ability to meet the challenges of its French and European defense customers.

In order to meet the expectations of its customers operating in a state or military environment, Eviden has deployed a project at its critical systems design and production site in Aix en Provence to develop its organisation in order to comply with European military and state regulations in the field of Initial Airworthiness (EMAR21G – Production). It was in this context that Eviden approached Bureau Veritas Exploitation to help it implement this approval.
