  • Text and Voice Q&A capabilities for Guide search using IBM Watson Speech-to-Text and IBM Watson Text-to-Speech
  • Native integration of MyGuide chatbot inside browser extensions leveraging IBM Watson Assistant
  • Back-end infrastructure for content handling in the flow of work
