“The leading AIOps vendors have all demonstrated a clear understanding of what an AIOps solution must offer to customers in maturing AIOps market”

According to Omdia, the Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) market is worth $913 million in 2020 and is rapidly expanding at a CAGR of 25.4% between 2020-2024 due to demand for automated IT management solutions. AIOps’ ability to combine management processes of various IT practices (observability, rapid mitigation, augmented decision making, self-healing, auto-scaling, and more) enables organizations to establish a singular control point to manage IT systems and functions – eliminating the need for many different domain experts and complex systems to manage.

“Our main purpose is to develop solutions that support our customers’ digital transformation goals and help drive their growth and profitability,” said Akhilesh Tripathi, CEO of Digitate. “Omdia’s recognition is a validation of this goal, and we are thrilled to be recognized as a Leader in the AIOps category. Our high scores across all segments, along with the industry highest recommendation score of 96%, shows our customer-first commitment with the industry’s most comprehensive set of solutions for this market.”

“The leading AIOps vendors have all demonstrated a clear understanding of what an AIOps solution must offer to customers in maturing AIOps market,” says Roy Illsley, Chief Analyst at Omdia. “The common trait each leader shared was a comprehensive solution with no significant gaps in capabilities. Digitate’s performance proved consistent; its highest score was 73% and its lowest score 58%, giving it the lowest variation in category scores of all vendors in the Universe at 15%. Meaning that in all the categories Digitate scored greater than 58%, making it one of only three vendors to achieve this level of consistent performance.”

As organizations transition away from traditional in-house IT infrastructure to modern and agile IT systems, the volume of data being created can be overwhelming, leaving IT teams facing numerous challenges like infrastructure complexities and long delays in isolating and resolving IT faults. Digitate’s autonomous enterprise solution, ignio™, helps make this transition seamless by bringing adaptability, predictability, and simplification to IT and business operations to ensure organizations see maximum business benefit from their IT investments.

The Omdia Universe report is not intended to advocate an individual vendor, but rather to guide and inform the selection process to ensure all relevant options are considered and evaluated in an efficient manner.
