Conga, the global leader in commercial operations transformation,announced the appointment of Eric Salava as Chief Revenue Officer. In this new role Salava will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer expansion on a global scale. He brings extensive experience in leading change and sales transformation in data driven digital transformation, collaboration, and SaaS. His appointment is one of several executive new hires announced this year, including the addition of Randy Littleson as Chief Marketing Officer, Grant Peterson as Chief Product Officer, and the most recent internal promotion of Conga’s Koti Reddy to Chief Technology Officer.

Prior to joining Conga, Salava spent over 20 years working in sales leadership. Over the past eight years, he has worked at Informatica, Cloud Data Management platform, where he served in various senior level management roles. Most recently, he served as the Executive Vice President of North American, Asia Pacific, and Japan Sales and Operations responsible for all aspects of go-to-market. Prior to Informatica Salava was in senior sales leadership roles at Oracle and BEA Systems.

Salava specializes in scaling and leading strategy for all aspects of go-to-market in the Fortune 500 and mid-market globally, to include hyper growth via inside and field sales, alliances, operations, and customer success. He sees a massive opportunity for Conga as a market leader in Commercial Operations transformation with its deep cross industry customer base, and strong partner ecosystem.

Reddy has been with Conga for almost two years, where he has made sure that the company’s reputation for innovation and industry-leading solutions in the digital transformation of commercial operations is unparalleled. His expertise in engineering, research and development, and other critical operations is essential to growing Conga’s business. In his new role as Chief Technology Officer, Reddy will be responsible for product architecture, innovation, engineering, and technical operations.
