AIGC performsย semantic analysisย and keyword extraction onย project talentย requirements, generating talent skill matching and filtering suggestions. With the support ofย RPAย andย big dataย technologies, qualified talents are quickly assigned to their respective project positions from a vastย rรฉsumรฉย database, effectively reducing time andย talent acquisitionย costs. As a result, the workload that previously required a team of 120 people in the recruitment center can now be efficiently completed with just 20 people.
