The Telesmart API-driven voice and messaging platform enables Bankai Group to automate the full supply chain experience and serve more of its customers’ numbering needs globally.

Telesmart.io, an expert in global number and messaging services, has been selected by BridgeVoice Pluto, a Bankai Group company, a globally recognised leader in the ICT and services sector, for its purpose-built DID inventory management solution. The Telesmart.io inventory management platform enables BridgeVoice Pluto to simplify number management and rapidly provision numbers for its growing customer base. It enables partners to support ‘Bring Your Own Operator (BYOO)’ models that require numbers to be rapidly provisioned for enterprise customers across multiple markets.

With Telesmart.io, BridgeVoice Pluto can monetise the opportunity in serving resellers, customers, and the burgeoning CPaaS and UC marketplace. Its customers gain immediate access to a range of interconnect, online provisioning, functionality, visibility, and reporting features that help reduce inventory stock costs and eliminate provisioning delays.

“Telephone numbers remain fundamental to delivering CPaaS and UC solutions globally. Our platform enables BridgeVoice Pluto to efficiently manage and procure numbers for customers across its global footprint. We’re automating the supply chain and generating a friction-free approach to delivering numbers for customers,” said Neil Kitcher, Founder and CEO at Telesmart.io. “Bankai is one of the world-leaders in next-generation communications as well as Fintech solutions. We’re proud to have our platform selected by their subsidiary BridgeVoice Pluto and are looking forward to growing together in the future.”

By using the platform, BridgeVoice Pluto receives Dynamic Provider Status, meaning it can access its number inventory from across partners in real-time and deliver it to customers. This removes the need to hold expensive inventory as customers can access numbers from partners on demand, saving time and money.
