Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Robotic Assistance Devices, Inc. (RAD) has signed a new authorized dealer and expects to receive an order for at least 8 ROSA security robots from the dealer’s largest client within days. The dealer and the end user client are located in the Detroit, Michigan area. The dealer has long-standing business relationships with leaders in the automotive industry and additional details will be released in the future.

Upon receipt of the expected initial order, this client will become RAD’s second major automobile manufacturer, adding to RAD’s several regional and national auto dealership clients. “Our plan to locate the REX in the heart of American manufacturing where we could readily promote and demonstrate our solutions is working,” said Steve Reinharz, CEO of AITX. “The calendar at the REX is booked with dealer and client meetings, and that’s where we closed this amazing opportunity. I’ll be at the REX next week, and I expect that additional sales announcements will follow,” Reinharz added.
With the addition of the new authorized dealer, RAD’s dealer network has expanded to 41, covering the US, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.
RAD’s parent company AITX intends to file for listing on the OTCQB within 10 days of filing its YE2022 10-K which is expected in May.
