New Relic Promotes Ashley Puls to Chief Architect

New Relic, the Intelligent Observability Platform, announced that Ashley Puls has been promoted to the company’s Chief Architect. Puls will oversee the reliability and architecture of the New Relic Intelligent Observability Platform.

Delivering industry-leading reliability and scalability

Puls brings over 15 years of engineering experience at high growth technology companies, and recently served as Group Vice President of Engineering at New Relic driving both our north star architecture and reliability where she recently improved New Relic’s reliability by over 50 percent. She has held various positions in her 12 years at New Relic, including software engineer, staff engineer, architect, and senior director. She has a proven track record of architecting exemplary user experiences that can scale and is now focused on the core building blocks and vision to enable the New Relic Intelligent Observability Platform. Prior to New Relic, Puls worked as a software engineer at Raytheon. She holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Haverford and a Masters in Computer and Information Technology from the University of Pennsylvania.
