This move is strengthened by the acquisition of Colombia-based S4N, a leading software development services firm specializing in the design and development of modern software products and enterprise platforms.

“The acquisition of S4N enables our continued progress in building a more agile, diverse and global delivery organization,” said Victor Dvorkin, SVP, Head of Global Delivery at EPAM. “With the addition of hundreds of talented engineers in key LATAM locations, we can deliver enhanced and truly multidisciplinary engagements to our customers in the Americas and around the world.”

With an existing presence in Mexico, EPAM’s move into Colombia will strengthen its position as a tech leader—combining both engineering experience along with exceptional delivery capability around digital, consulting and experience design.  With the addition of the S4N team, EPAM now employs more than 1,500 IT professionals in LATAM and plans to add several thousand additional jobs over the coming years.
