The expansion comes as more organizations worldwide seek to modernize software and data delivery and close the Velocity Gap. The Velocity Gap is the growing divide between how fast application code and infrastructure can move and how slowly database change still happens. Liquibase already serves millions of OSS users and Liquibase Pro customers across EMEA and APAC. David will drive further growth across these regions.
