Based in Kansas City, Missouri, Umbrella is an award-w****** managed service provider (MSP) renowned for its IT support, cybersecurity and cloud solutions and healthcare sector expertise.

This addition is IT Solutions‘ seventh acquisition and third within nine months, enabling the company to leverage Umbrella’s proficiencies while fortifying a mutual commitment to delivering exceptional client support. With a growing client base in the healthcare sector, the addition of Umbrella further enhances IT Solutions‘ capabilities to support these organizations, specifically regarding risk exposure management, patient care delivery and staff productivity.
