Converge Technology Solutions Corp. (“Converge” ) a software-enabled IT & Cloud Solutions provider, is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of a majority interest in REDNET AG, an IT services provider headquartered in Mainz, Germany. REDNET is the 23rd acquisition announced by Converge and the Company’s first European acquisition.
