Fullpower-AI announced Silvia Veronese is joining Fullpower-AI as VP of Business Development. Dr. Veronese is responsible for developing strategic opportunities at Fullpower-AI by cultivating partnerships in the medical and wellness markets and identifying new opportunities for its PaaS bio-sensing solutions, driving innovation and transformation in the largest IoT environments in the world.

Dr. Veronese has more than 15 years of senior management experience, including a decade in Artificial Intelligence solutions for Communications Service Providers, IoT, Data Networks, and Fin-tech, most recently as Senior Vice President at Thales, leading the analytic research and customer innovation. Before that, Dr. Veronese held executive positions at HP, where she created the function of customer success responsible for the $1B product line in digital security and information management.

She was also a co-founder of several startups in AI, Network data traffic, and high-frequency trading. At IBM, she worked on the design of the first parallel computer. In addition, Dr. Veronese was a research professor of mathematics at the University of Utah. In 2019, the Silicon Valley Review Magazine nominated Dr. Veronese as one of the 30 Best Leaders to watch, and CIO Magazine selected Dr. Veronese as one of the most inspirational Women in Tech.

She holds a doctorate in mathematics from the University of Pavia, Italy, and an MBA in Management of Technologies from the University of Utah.
