Pronto Software Reveals Pronto Xi 780, a Major Update to Leading ERP Solution

Pronto Software has today announced the launch of the latest version of its leading enterprise resource planning solution, Pronto Xi 780.

Highlighting Pronto Software’s commitment to innovation and its ongoing efforts to provide businesses with tools that drive efficiency and growth, this release showcases advanced features tailored to meet evolving business needs and enhance operational efficiency.

 Pronto Xi 780 boasts a sleek interface for streamlined workflows that enhance user experience and productivity. This software also features security improvements, new functionality across many core services, and improved analytics and reporting.

Key Improvements in Pronto Xi 780:

  • Revamped User Experience (UX) across Financials, Payroll & Resources, Inventory, and Web Client including List Manager, with enhancements such as new icons, designs, fields, theming, and more.
  • A new version of Pronto Xi TrueForm Neo with a 10x performance boost.
  • Functionality enhancements across the Pronto Xi core applications suite including Payroll, Financials, Retail, Point of Sale (POS) App, Supply Chain, Proof of Delivery (POD) App, Resource Management, Resource Scheduler, Service App, Service Management, and Business Intelligence.
  • Integrations with new solution partners including Vision 6, Basiq, Flare, and Gamma Solutions.

Foundational Web Client Changes:

Pronto Software has introduced a standardised list of icons to the web client. These improve usability, enhance the user experience and make the system more accessible to a wider range of users.

Users can also now define which information is displayed, hide columns in data grids more easily, pin relevant screen sections, and prioritise the sections that matter most.

Improvements in Financials:

Pronto Xi 780 features numerous improvements across its Financial modules, including the ability to automatically import bank line statements into Pronto Xi by simply authorising the business accounts to be linked. For data retrieval, Pronto Software has partnered with Basiq, a secure and accredited Consumer Data Right platform for open banking.

Furthermore, several screens in the General Ledger view have been modified, including the journal process, standing journals and tax cycles, making these processes more user friendly.

In Accounts Payable, a number of functions have been improved to create a better user experience. These include invoice entry, payment processing, copy suppliers, cancel payments, FX revaluation and supplier hierarchies.

In Accounts Receivable, the automatic mode has been completely remodelled and Cash Receipts have been transformed to improve receipt matching.

Pronto Xi TrueForm Neo 3.4:

With nearly 10x better performance than its predecessor, Pronto Xi TrueForm Neo now includes enhancements like generating PDF reports with advanced security features and sending emails through the cloud using Microsoft 365 or Google.

Cloud Computing Services:

Pronto Cloud boasts the Pronto Software Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution, offering secure, anytime access to Pronto Xi and related applications.

Pronto Cloud’s containerisation is a reliable, enterprise-ready platform that streamlines the management of multiple Kubernetes clusters. This ensures smooth support for key Pronto Xi applications, such as WebUi, IAM, and FileShare, providing customers with a more efficient, modern delivery system that enhances performance and scalability.

A swathe of other changes, refinements and updates have also been applied right across the Pronto Xi suite, including:

Payroll & Resources Updates to resource scheduler, payroll and resource management screens, and a new look for the employee portal.

Distribution – A refresh of the Item Maintenance screen and a new item template for maintenance. Improvements have also been made around item variants, entries and purchase order approvals.

Native Apps Innovations Improvements to Pronto Software’s POS App include stocktake efficiency enhancements, Tap to Pay on iPhone and offline functionality. Advancements have also been made to the POD App version 2.0.1+ to group all orders in a single manifest heading to a single destination. Integration with Gamma Solutions for barcode scanning, printing and wireless hardware support has also been added.

In Asset & Facility Management, Pronto Service App now offers improved data management with new fields and code table validations, and Work Instruction updates.

B2B eCommerce A new standardised version of this application is available, Pronto Xi eCommerce, simplifying implementation, UX updates, and upgrades for users’ eCommerce sites. This version also offers continuous improvements through patch releases, security updates, and feature enhancements.

CRM – CRM improvements now feature integration with Vision 6, one of Australia’s most reliable SMS and email marketing platforms supporting email marketing, lead generation, collaboration and more.

Business Intelligence New operational reports and dashboards, improvements to existing reports, new, real-time data warehousing updates and consolidation from multiple sources, new Pronto Xi BI licensing options, updates for IBM Cognos Analytics, and more.  Additionally, customers can utilise the latest in AI-driven analytics with natural language queries and automation.
