Spectrio, one of the nation’s leading providers of comprehensive digital signage solutions, announced that it has acquired Ping HD, a digital signage company based in Denver, Colo. This is the Company’s first acquisition in 2022, and it adds more than 35,000 screens to Spectrio’s digital signage footprint.
Since 2007, Ping HD has specialized in creative content and digital menu boards, video walls, live video feeds, interactive kiosks, and other digital signage for sports and entertainment brands. Its work can be found throughout many major league baseball, football, and soccer stadiums, as well as college and professional sports arenas. Ping HD also serves a variety of other industries, including education, entertainment, cannabis, hospitality, retail, healthcare, and more.
