With Smart Migration, M-Files customers can easily and systematically migrate documents from external repositories into M-Files and automatically classify and add metadata to the migrated content. M-Files Smart Migration can be used with other M-Files intelligence services, enabling customers to seamlessly:
- Migrate unmanaged and promoted content into the M-Files vault
- Classify unmanaged documents during the migration with M-Files Smart Classifier
- Extract critical information from documents and automatically add metadata to the migrated content with M-Files Smart Metadata
- Create reports and detailed overviews of the content that was analyzed and migrated in an easy-to-use format
