Her background includes being integral in taking Benefitfocus through its IPO and beyond, leading the company as head of HR during the pre- and post-IPO periods. Jones has also held key HR leadership positions at notable technology companies such as Blackbaud, Sun Microsystems, now Oracle, StorageTek, and EDS.
