Sue Bostrom joins leading real-time database company following F-2 funding news
SingleStore, the cloud-native database built for speed and scale to power data-intensive applications, announced it has appointed Sue Bostrom to its board of directors. Bostrom has served on the boards of more than a dozen technology companies over the last two decades and is the former executive vice president and chief marketing officer at Cisco Systems. Her appointment comes on the heels of SingleStore announcing it closed its F-2 round of funding at $146 million.

During her nearly 14 years at Cisco, Bostrom was responsible for developing and communicating the company’s vision and strategy through positioning, branding, advertising and product marketing. She also led Worldwide Government Affairs. Prior to serving as CMO, Bostrom built and led Cisco’s Internet Business Solutions Group (IBSG), bringing technology best practices to the Global Fortune 500. She also held leadership positions at FTP Software and National Semiconductor as well as McKinsey & Company.
