Oomiji Expands Platform Integrations with MergeLink to Query Purchase Intent Data

Oomiji, a predictive, conversation-enabled customer data platform, announced the expansion of its offering to 100+ platform integrations by integrating with MergeLink. This latest addition to Oomiji enables other platform users to pull in specific data on customer interests, needs, perceptions and emotions and for Oomiji clients to pull in data such as past purchases for its clients from other platforms.

“We can now add value to virtually any CRMEcommerce, Database or Marketing platform,” said Jon Stamell, CEO of Oomiji. “Many platforms can track customer demographics and purchases but they haven’t been able to add information that rounds out each customer’s lifestyle and personality so they can build one-to-one relationships from past purchase history to predict future purchase intent.”

With Oomiji and MergeLink, clients don’t have to take long periods of time or expense to build their own integrations. Oomiji can now capture customer responses to open-ended questions and enable segmentation and communication using each customer’s own words. This can be descriptions of their emotions, motivations, perceptions or sentiments, anything an open-ended conversation might elicit.

“We were really impressed with the Oomiji platform, not just its innovations in marketing but also the company’s transparency and openness,” said Miles Pines, Co-Founder, of MergeLink. “Together we’ve been able to pursue a new, faster approach to building platform integrations that will help businesses gain insights into the interests, preferences, and needs of potential customers.”

Most recently, Oomiji worked with MergeLink to create an integration to WineDirect via BigCommerce, a vertically integrated platform for the wine industry. This integration is now available to wine marketers on the Oomiji platform. BigCommerce also offers retailers in virtually any industry a way to merge their purchase information with Oomiji’s customer insights capabilities.

Oomiji is known for its integration of five different platforms that companies usually buy separately including customer acquisition, contacts management, market researchemail marketing and customer measurement.
