Oracle Expands Multicloud Capabilities with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure

Oracle is collaborating with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure to help customers accelerate their application migrations and modernizations. Oracle Database@AWS, Oracle Database@Azure, and Oracle Database@Google Cloud give customers direct access to Oracle Database services running on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and deployed in AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure data centers, respectively.

“We are working with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure to help customers simplify cloud migration, multicloud deployment, and management,” said Karan Batta, senior vice president, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. “This was unthinkable in the cloud space just a few years ago and together, we will be able to give customers the flexibility to use multiple clouds. TD SYNNEX to Acquire IPsense’s Cloud Migration Business in Brazil, Establishing a New Cloud Competence Center for Resellers

TD SYNNEX a leading global distributor and aggregator of solutions for the IT ecosystem, today announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire IPsense Cloud Migration business, a leading cloud solutions provider in Brazil.

  • A new Cloud Competence Center will be established to assist partners in migrating customer workloads to the cloud.
  • The center will provide advanced cloud services and expertise for seamless cloud migrations.
  • Acquisition is expected to close within 30 to 90 days, pending customary closing conditions.
  • IPsense’s AWS solution expertise will be integrated into TD SYNNEX’s distribution model, enhancing cloud service offerings.
  • The move supports digital transformation efforts in Latin America, as highlighted by Otavio Lazarini, TD SYNNEX President.
  • Luiz Herculano, Director of IPsense, sees growth opportunities for partners in Brazil and Latin America through this partnership.

HCLSoftware, the software business division of HCLTech, announced that it completed the acquisition of Zeenea, an innovator in data catalog and governance solutions based in Paris, France.
