“We are excited to collaborate with Infor on this project,” says CEO Jonna Ward. “We look forward to aiding Oregon Department of State Lands with their modernization efforts, while optimizing business processes, increasing data integrity, and creating a positive end-to-end user experience for their customers.”
VIP and Infor will be modernizing DSL through the replacement of their new permitting and system, allowing their staff to spend less time completing administrative tasks in the office and more time doing critical work in the field. This will increase productivity, keep costs low and decrease travel time. The new system will allow DSL staff to work from anywhere and allow on- and off-premises collection. Processes will be more simplistic and straightforward. VIP and Infor’s solution will also have a positive implication for customers, allowing fluid communication between customers and the agency online.
