Data Canopy, an Intelishift company, and worldwide cloud and colocation infrastructure provider, announced the acquisition of the colocation data center hosting contracts of Ntirety, the leading provider of comprehensive IT security solutions. Data Canopy is the current operator of the facilities where those clients are hosted and will ensure they are fully supported by an organization dedicated to hosted solutions.

The acquisition was facilitated by an investment from Metropolitan Partners Group, a private investment firm that provides growth capital to non-sponsored businesses across the United States. The investment also provides additional funding for additional acquisitions and organic growth initiatives and represents the latest in Metropolitan’s growing number of investments in the data center, cloud, and managed services space.
Data Canopy operates six data center facilities and holds essential partnerships with data center providers around the world, offering hybrid infrastructure, multi-cloud, and private cloud solutions.
