Key findings of the survey include:
- 43 percent of IT leaders say they feel like they have less control of their IT resources when they deploy to the cloud.
- 70 percent of IT leaders lack visibility into their hybrid IT resources.
- 1 out of 5 IT leaders use less than 10 IT tools to manage their IT resources.
- 93 percent use over 10 tools to manage their IT.
- Half of the respondents use a Configuration Management Database (CMBD) technology.
- 43 percent of IT budgets have remained the same or been reduced.
