Optimizely Appoints Donna Wilczek To Its Board Of Directors To Support Accelerated Growth

Seasoned Technology Veteran Brings Extensive Experience Driving Technology Disruption as Company Expands Its Leadership in the Digital Experience Market

Leading digital experience platform provider, Optimizely (formerly Episerver), announced the appointment of Donna Wilczek to its board of directors effective immediately. Wilczek will join the board as the first independent director.

A seasoned technology veteran with over 20 years of industry experience, Wilczek currently serves as the senior vice president of product strategy and innovation at Coupa Software, a global leader in business spend management. In her time at Coupa, Wilczek has helped the company scale from being a young startup to a successful public company. She has supported the development of many new applications and the unification of acquired companies while collaborating closely with customers and partners. Over the last decade at Coupa, she has held leadership roles in product strategy and marketing, customer experience, and professional services.

Prior to Coupa, Wilczek led shared services for TriNet, a cloud-based professional employer organization for small and medium-sized businesses, and led professional services at Ketera (acquired by Rearden Commerce), a cloud spend management provider. Wilczek is also a technology innovator who has been awarded twelve software patents.
