Robust.AI Continues to Expand Leadership and Product Teams with Customer-Centric Expertise

New hires augment talent at innovative robotics company as customer demand increases

Robust.AI, the company transforming how robots work for people, today announced an expansion of its company’s leadership team with the additions of robotics and warehouse experts in John Moretti, Gabby Halberg, Cynthia Yeung, and Kyle Detwiler. John Moretti has been named Vice President of Customer Success, after leading the product team at Robust.AI for the past two years. In his new role, Moretti will be focused on helping customers through the entire implementation cycle.

“John has an unwavering commitment in keeping the user in mind at all times while developing and designing hardware products that are intuitive and solve problems,” said Anthony Jules, CEO and Co-Founder of Robust.AI. “His success in his role as our product lead makes him a natural to head up our Customer Success team as he thoroughly understands customers needs and uses that wisdom to translate into a stellar solution.”

In addition to Moretti’s new role, Robust.AI announced further additions. Gabby Halberg joins Robust.AI as Head of Product. She joins the company from noted investor Playground Global where she led user-centered product design and development for robotics companies in the VC portfolio. Halberg’s software and hardware design expertise meshes well with the customer needs at Robust.AI where she will lead the product team designing and building Robust.AI’s collaborative robotics solution.

Robotics veteran Cynthia Yeung joins Robust.AI as Director of Product Commercialization. Yeung brings robotics product and operational experience from Plus One Robotics, Cafe X, SoftBank Robotics, and Google X. They will be focused on bringing a successful product to market and ensuring that the user experience for the customer is of the highest quality.

Kyle Detwiler joins Robust.AI as Director of Solutions where he will lead pre-sales customer engagement and ensure a seamless transition to deployment within customer facilities. Prior to Robust.AI, he worked for HAI, Fortna and inVia Robotics. As a solutions engineer and integrator, he has designed end to end automation solutions.
