CloudBees Names New Chief Corporate Development Officer and Chief People Officer to Accelerate Growth and Operational Maturity

CloudBees, the enterprise software delivery company, named two leaders to C-level posts to accelerate global expansion and operations at a time of significant, sustained growth for the company. Peter Meechan, former chief corporate development officer at Automation Anywhere, joins as chief corporate development officer (CCDO). Jinny Jun, former senior vice president and head of people strategy at Welldoc, joins as chief people officer (CPO).

The appointments come as CloudBees accelerates its growth and expands its global operations which includes more than 500 employees in 22 countries. The executives’ proven track records in enterprise digital transformation will help advance CloudBees’ position in the DevOps ecosystem as the software delivery industry leader.

Meechan led corporate and business development at Automation Anywhere, a leader in robotic process automation, for the past four years. Previously, he served as chief operating officer at ABBYY, a leader in intelligent document processing and process mining. His global operating experience spans being a public corporation senior executive, multiple leadership and business unit roles at multi-billion-dollar companies, including Adobe/Macromedia and SONY. Meechan also contributed to animation pioneer Wavefront’s initial public offering and sale to Silicon Graphics, Inc. As CCDO at CloudBees, Meechan will lead the company’s inorganic growth strategy, strategic partnerships and business development, intellectual property and corporate operations.

Jun, with more than 20 years of experience in technology and human capital leadership positions, joins CloudBees as CPO from Trellia HR Advisory, where she provided strategic CPO advisory services to CEOs, founders and entrepreneurs. Previously, she served as senior vice president and head of people strategy at Welldoc, a digital healthcare technology and therapeutics company. Jun has also headed up human resources at eClerx LLC, a global provider of business process management, automation and analytics services to Fortune 2000 companies, and Reval, a global financial technology software firm. At CloudBees, Jun will spearhead the company’s talent strategy for attracting, developing and retaining a team of employees across all functions and disciplines, including compensation and benefits worldwide. Jun will also lead the company’s diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives to bring unique perspectives and approaches to CloudBees to reflect and serve CloudBees customers.
