Pipedrive released new data suggesting that lead generation and management automation tools secure up to 4x more qualified leads and can increase deal close rate by +25%.

Findings from Pipedrive’s recently released global State of Sales survey of more than 1,700 sales professionals show that the pandemic made prospecting harder and about half of respondents (45%) regularly or usually struggle to find enough sales leads. At the same time, data suggests that lead generation was a greater challenge in 2019 compared to 2020, and sales professionals actually became more successful and satisfied during the global pandemic. Many sales professionals have turned to technology to combat the increased challenge of generating and qualifying leads due to the pandemic.

“Digitization has changed the way customers interact with organizations and businesses. Unsurprisingly, the global pandemic has also accelerated the shift and potential clients expect sales professionals to meet the new reality. Technology is a powerful tool for optimizing workload as well as for generating and closing potential deals faster,” explained Krishna Panicker, VP of Product, Pipedrive. “I am thrilled to see that LeadBooster has enhanced tangible results for our customers. This is precisely why we built the feature – to provide sales and marketing teams with intuitive yet powerful tools for finding more new leads, closing deals faster, nurturing relationships with customers and ultimately becoming better at what they work for every single day.”
