Expert Advice From Transposit and BigPanda on Top Five Incident Automation Challenges ITOps Face
BigPanda and Transposit will outline how to best manage incident lifecycles with human-in-the-loop automation and AIOps event correlation so teams get the most value out of automation

Transposit, the company that delivers connected workflow for DevOps, announced that the company’s Head of Product Marketing Jessica Abelson will host a virtual event with Adam Blau, Director of Product Marketing at BigPanda, the leader in AIOps event correlation and automation. Taking place on May 5, 2022, the on-demand webinar will explore top challenges ITOps teams face when implementing automation technologies and how to overcome barriers that hinder both the effectiveness and adoption of automation.

What: Technical complexity and data accuracy across teams and tools impede both the accessibility and the adoption of automation. Overall, this increases manual toil, impedes standardization across teams, slows down actionability and ultimately limits continuous improvement.

Blau and Abelson’s online conversation will explore the five most common automation challenges that ITOps teams face, including diving straight into end-to-end automation, leaving humans out of the loop, narrowly focused automation, siloed approach to automation and treating usability as a second-tier citizen. They will also explore strategic approaches for how to best overcome these challenges and start their automation journey successfully. Attendees will learn how to identify missteps by taking an incremental, scalable approach that ensures automation is adding value across ITOps and the organization at large, without introducing further complexity. Abelson and Blau will detail where organizations should begin when implementing automation, how to determine the level of automation required for a given process and how to democratize automation across operations. Attendees will also get a first hand look at using BigPanda and Transposit to automate the entire incident management lifecycle.
