“Coupa customers get low-code orchestration built into the product and integrated with the Coupa platform, all powered by Coupa’s transactional intelligence and $10.5 trillion in verified spend data.”

Enterprises today face an overwhelming “process tax” from disconnected systems, manual handoffs, and rigid approval channels that slow down cycle times, lead to rogue spend, and burden teams with low-value work. Coupa Intake & Orchestration (I&O) eliminates this friction by unifying intake, procurement, and operations on a single, AI-native platform and is also available as a standalone solution.

“We are proud to earn this recognition for our I&O capabilities and believe it reflects the value of what we can offer customers based on their needs—either a unified platform approach or a standalone I&O solution, built with the same agentic performance and reliability,” said Salvatore Lombardo, Chief Product and Technology Officer at Coupa. “Coupa customers get low-code orchestration built into the product and integrated with the Coupa platform, all powered by Coupa’s transactional intelligence and $10.5 trillion in verified spend data. We give customers one unmatched place to take purchase requests from intake to outcomes.”

Assessments are conducted by The Hackett Group’s Solution Intelligence Technology Advisors and incorporate 500+ detailed functional and capability assessments, mandatory product demonstrations, and impartial, anonymized, verified customer value ratings.

“In today’s market, organizations are evaluating whether to build, buy, or optimize within existing technology environments while also assessing a growing wave of AI-driven solutions,” said Bryan DeGraw, Solution Intelligence principal at The Hackett Group®. “SolutionMap helps buyers separate demonstrated capability from market narrative and build shortlists with greater confidence.”

The Hackett Group® named Core Intake and Orchestration, Contract Information Management, Contract Process Management, Supplier Information Management, and Technology as Coupa’s five best functional areas within I&O.

“Coupa uniquely offers what agentic orchestration looks like: an AI-powered front door for the entire procurement lifecycle, coupled with agents that can launch a sourcing event or onboard a supplier within company policy,” said Sagi Eliyahu, Cofounder and CEO of Tonkean, acquired by Coupa in May 2026. “We also continue to see the value of a standalone I&O offering that acts as the starting point for many companies who are just getting started in their procurement maturity evolution. Coupa offers unmatched value for companies at every step in this process on the path to complete agentic spend management.”

Coupa Intake & Orchestration helps organizations automate enterprise spend processes faster:

  • Faster Cycle Times: Customers using Coupa I&O accelerated supplier onboarding by 19 days, reduced purchase request cycle times to 10 days, and cut ticket entry times by 83%.
  • Unified Process Control & Visibility: Gives professional users and executives a single workspace to monitor pipeline health, resolve exceptions, and improve end-to-end process visibility by up to 70%.
  • No-Code Enterprise Integration: Offers 300+ pre-built connectors to ERP, IT, legal, and risk systems (including SAP, Oracle, Workday, and ServiceNow) with no custom code or rip-and-replace disruption.
  • Intelligent Single Front Door: Lets employees submit requests in plain language within tools they already use (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams), then automatically routes and executes them.
  • Data-Driven Intelligence: Uses Navi AI agents, trained on community data, to proactively identify risks and prevent rogue spend.
