Five-time software CEO will lead partner-led expansion of secure connectivity for enterprises in the AI era

Isolated Networks announced that Reed Overfelt will become Chief Executive Officer effective October 13, 2026, leading the commercial expansion of its StealthFusion secure connectivity platform. Co-founder and current CEO Mark Feil will transition to Chief Strategy Officer, focusing on strategic growth initiatives.

Overfelt has led five software companies to profitable growth, bringing experience in scaling recurring revenue, building leadership teams and executing go-to-market strategies. At Isolated Networks, he will focus on expanding distribution through strategic partners and converting that reach into enterprise adoption.

“Som and I founded Isolated Networks around a simple conviction: resources should not be reachable until access is authorized,” said Feil. “We have built the technology to put that conviction into practice. Reed brings the experience to build the business around itโ€”helping partners bring StealthFusion to market and customers put it to work.”

StealthFusion combines just-in-time authorization with just-in-time connectivity. Protected resources become reachable only when access is authorized. The approach addresses a growing challenge as connected devices, cloud workloads and autonomous AI agents initiate more interactions without a human in the loop.

“The more connected the world becomes, the more consequential it is to control what can be reached and when,” said Overfelt. “StealthFusion gives us a compelling foundation. My focus is to make it easy for partners to deliver, customers to adopt and the company to scale. Our ambition is to make every connected device secure by default.”

The company’s growth strategy centers on embedding StealthFusion into the connectivity and infrastructure services enterprises already use. By working with partners that serve large populations of devices and enterprise resources, Isolated Networks aims to extend its reach and make adoption simpler for customers.
