Series G extension accelerates Cyera’s vision for a unified data and identity platform, giving enterprises the control they need to trust what AI agents can see and do.
AI agents are becoming the new enterprise workforce, promising enormous gains in productivity, speed, and innovation. Unlike traditional software, they reason, use identities, call tools, access sensitive data, and take action autonomously at machine speed. The more access agents have, the more valuable they become and the greater the risk when that access is compromised or misaligned with business intent. That combination makes agents one of the fastest-growing security risks enterprises have ever faced. The security architecture protecting the enterprise was built for people and applications, not millions of autonomous actors. Securing the agentic enterprise requires a new model that brings data and identity together.

AI agents are becoming the enterprise’s new workforce, and one of its fastest-growing security risks. Cyera raised $400M from Goldman Sachs to make sure enterprises can trust exactly what those agents can see and do.
Cyera today announced a $400 million extension from Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives to its Series G, led by Evolution Equity, accelerating the company’s mission to build a unified platform that governs access for every human, machine, and AI agent across the enterprise.
The new investment will continue to support new capabilities across Cyera’s AI Security product roadmap. It will also fuel deeper expansion in the federal market and continued international growth across EMEA and APAC, where enterprise demand for agent oversight is growing rapidly.
“Global 2000 enterprises are telling us the same thing: they need to trust what AI agents can see and do before they can scale them,” said Yotam Segev, cofounder and CEO of Cyera. “AI infrastructure is moving faster than the security architecture around it. This investment accelerates our work to bring data and identity together, so enterprises can give agents access with confidence and keep that access aligned with business intent.”
One Platform for Every Agent, Every Identity
Cyera has secured the data layer since day one. This year, it extended that control to the agents acting on it. Agent Guardian and Cyera Endpoint give enterprises visibility and accountability across AI agents, tracking not just prompts and responses, but the tool calls, database queries, and actions in between, from the cloud to endpoint devices where local agents such as Claude Code and Cursor increasingly perform sensitive work.
The acquisition of Oasis Security brings that visibility together with non-human identity (NHI) management in a single system. By connecting where sensitive data lives with who or what can actually reach it, the combined platform gives enterprises a unified way to govern access across humans, machines, and AI agents.
“Securing AI will be one of the defining categories in enterprise technology over the next decade,” said Irit Kahan, Managing Director within Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives. “Cyera was the first to bring data and identity together, and as agents multiply faster than anyone can track, the gap between what they’re trusted to do and what they can actually reach is becoming increasingly dangerous. Cyera’s technology, customer traction, and execution position it to become the platform enterprises rely on to secure AI.”
