Nexcess, a managed cloud provider, announced the expansion of its current Acronis backed suite of products with managed disaster recovery. This extends the company’s existing Acronis-powered backup service by giving businesses a live, bootable copy of their server standing by in the cloud. This includes 1 hour Recovery Time Objectives (RTO), automated provisioning on a pre-configured network, and proven readiness by automated test failovers.

Most businesses skip disaster recovery because the traditional version requires a second site, a replication stack, and someone to own it. This is one agent.
