Two clearly defined managed IT plans simplify the buying decision for business and IT leaders
NexusTek, a leading provider of secure, scalable IT solutions, today launched its next iteration of Managed IT Services, restructured to replace contract-by-contract customization. There are two plans, Core Care and Advanced Care, each with specific scope and service level objectives (SLOs). Additionally, add-on packs are available to give customers the flexibility to choose where they need deeper support.
Managed IT Services address a common problem for mid-market teams: not knowing what services are covered. When every contract is different, comparing providers, budgeting and understanding where a providerโs responsibility ends and their own begins is difficult.
โManaged services agreements have drifted toward customization,โ said Hamilton Yu, CEO of NexusTek. โAnd customers canโt always say with confidence what is covered until something breaks. Thatโs the wrong moment to find out.โ

โOur relaunch of Managed IT Services simplifies that with two plans and standardized add-ons when a customer needs more,โ Yu added. โNow IT leaders who own the environment and CFOs who sign the agreements clearly know what theyโre getting.”
NexusTek Core Care and Advanced Care
Core Care delivers the essentials including a live help desk during business hours, defined response objectives, endpoint monitoring and patching, ticketing, and environment documentation.
Advanced Care builds on Core Care with half the response time for routine issues, a multi-factor authentication (MFA) standard for every user, as well as enhanced email security. The plan also includes backup solution management and assisted recovery, firewall management, DNS and web protection, vulnerability scanning on every endpoint, and security awareness training.
NexusTek is also launching the first two standardized add-on packs that give customers the control they need to extend targeted service depth in a fast, predictable way. New packs includeย 24×7 Help Deskย for live support around the clock, andย Field Servicesย for onsite limited engagements or support.
