Industry-first collaboration will help joint customers connect application and workload context with a validated digital twin of network and cloud behavior
IP Fabric, the leading network digital twin platform, today announced a partnership with Illumio, the breach containment company, to give organizations a clearer, more complete understanding of how their applications depend on underlying network and cloud infrastructure.
Modern applications span increasingly complex hybrid environments, while the information needed to understand them remains divided among network, application and security tools. This fragmentation creates a critical blind spot. Teams may know what the network permits or what workload-level policy enforces, but they lack a single view of how those controls work together to affect an application.
IP Fabric is working to close that gap by correlating application context from Illumio with observed network behavior. The resulting capabilities will help joint customers understand application dependencies and determine whether network, cloud or workload-level controls are affecting connectivity without replacing their existing application monitoring or security investments.

Customers will gain this additional context while preserving their existing application monitoring, infrastructure and microsegmentation investments.
