Gartner forecasts that DaaS spending will grow from $4.9 billion in 2026 to $6.5 billion in 2030, and notes that “stimulus from AI workloads could increase growth rates.” Gartner also projects that “by 2030, 20% of DaaS workspaces will be used by AI agents, not people, to perform work, up from almost zero in 2026,” signaling a fundamental shift in how enterprises will deploy digital workspace infrastructure. We believe Gartner recognized XTIUM for its alignment to the market shift toward AI native autonomous operations and hybrid work demands.

“We feel that XTIUM DaaS recognition from Gartner provides validation of our long-term strategy, strong roadmap, and our ongoing customer success,” said David Graffia, VP, Cloud Solutions at XTIUM. “Being named a Visionary in the Magic Quadrant in our opinion reflects our commitment to innovations that help organizations create secure, scalable, and modern digital workspace experiences that prepare them for what’s next.”

Investing in Workplace Modernization

XTIUM’s continued investment in DaaS and Managed Cloud solutions helps customers accelerate digital workplace modernization while reducing the complexity of managing infrastructure. By combining AI and automation, advanced cloud technologies, and governance capabilities into a fully managed experience, XTIUM enables organizations to focus more on strategic business priorities and less on day-to-day IT operations.

Measures That Drive Business Outcomes

XTIUM’s DaaS platform is designed to deliver measurable business value through simplified desktop delivery, proactive operations, and built-in governance. Customers benefit from faster deployment, improved user experience, stronger security and compliance oversight, and greater operational efficiency. The addition of AI-driven insights and automation helps identify and address issues before they impact users, supporting higher productivity and reduced business disruption.

Roadmap Execution

XTIUM has consistently evolved by building a comprehensive AI-led platform that combines leading technologies with deep service expertise and operational integration. As the market shifts toward hosting AI agent workloads alongside traditional human users, we have evolved our platform to support increasingly sophisticated workloads while reducing the need for specialized internal resources. By anticipating emerging workplace trends, including hybrid work models, agentic AI, and autonomous operations, we continue to deliver innovative solutions that align with the rapidly changing needs of modern enterprises.
