Designation Reinforces XBOW’s Ability to Continuously Identify and Validate Security Risks on AWS

XBOW, a leader in autonomous offensive security, announced that it has achieved Application Security distinction for the special Autonomous Security Validation use case within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Security Competency. This designation recognizes that XBOW has demonstrated and successfully met AWS technical and quality requirements for providing customers with a deep level of software expertise in Application Security to help achieve their cloud security goals.

As AI accelerates software development and makes cyberattacks easier to launch, organizations face a growing gap between how quickly attackers can identify vulnerabilities and how fast defenders can find and remediate them. Traditional penetration testing provides a point-in-time snapshot of risk, while modern applications can evolve hourly. Strategic organizations are moving toward a continuous offensive security approach to keep pace with today’s threat landscape.

“Now more than ever, global security teams need continuous, intelligent security testing,” said Niroshan Rajadurai, Chief Revenue Officer, XBOW. “We’re proud to achieve AWS Security Competency status, recognizing our ability to help AWS customers identify and validate real-world risk at machine speed.”

Trained by some of the world’s top human hackers, XBOW’s autonomous hacker thinks like a real adversary. Unlike traditional scanners that generate large volumes of unverified findings, XBOW validates exploitability through continuous security testing, helping security teams prioritize the vulnerabilities that present the most near-term, real-world risk.

Today, more than 100 organizations worldwide, including Moderna and Seznam, use XBOW to continuously identify and remediate exploitable vulnerabilities across their applications and infrastructure. For AWS customers facing increasingly sophisticated, AI-enabled threats, XBOW can be adopted through existing AWS channels, making it as easy to deploy continuous offensive security as it is to build and scale applications on AWS.

Achieving the Application Security distinction differentiates XBOW as an AWS partner that provides specialized software solutions designed to help companies, from startups to global enterprises, adopt, develop, and deploy autonomous security testing into their AWS environments. To receive recognition as an AWS Security Competency Partner, companies must possess deep AWS expertise and deliver solutions seamlessly on AWS.
