New Snowflake Native App puts configurable, transparent identity resolution directly in the hands of data teams, inside their own Snowflake environment

Redpoint Global, the Data Readiness Company, introduced Redpoint Identity Studio, a Snowflake Native Application that resolves customer identities directly inside a customer’s Snowflake environment. Available now on Snowflake Marketplace, Identity Studio turns identity resolution into governed data infrastructure: a transparent, configurable, and trusted foundation for any AI, analytics, or customer experience initiative.

Most identity tools are built for marketing reach, matching your customer records against third-party data graphs and introducing outside information you don’t own or control. That design choice forces data teams to accept black-box matching, ship personally identifiable information (PII) to outside services, and hope the results hold up under analytical scrutiny. Redpoint Identity Studio takes the opposite approach: matching your first-party data where it lives, with every match inspectable and every rule tunable.

“Identity resolution has quietly become one of the most consequential drivers of AI-ready data. If you can’t see how a match was made, you can’t trust what you build on top of it. We designed Redpoint Identity Studio so data teams have that visibility by default, without sending customer PII anywhere,” said Dale Renner, Founder and CEO of Redpoint Global.

Redpoint consolidates fragmented identity logic into a single, governed application. Core capabilities include:

  • Snowflake-native execution. All matching logic, PII, and output run entirely inside the customer’s Snowflake environment. No PII egress, no third-party identity graph dependency.
  • Tunable matching. Combined deterministic and probabilistic matching gives data engineers explicit control over match precision, from exact identity resolution to household and relationship linking.
  • Transparent match review. Engineers can inspect match groups, correct exceptions, and explain exactly why any two records merged.
  • Side-by-side experimentation. Teams test any logic change against their current configuration on live production data and see the difference before committing. No staging environment, no synthetic samples, no code.
  • Persistent identity keys. Individual and household entities stay stable across runs, so downstream dashboards, AI models, and agentic workflows remain reliable as new data arrives.
  • Replacement for custom identity code. Consolidates the SQL models, dbt jobs, and bespoke pipelines most teams maintain today into one AI-ready, governed, self-serve application.

When companies fix identity, everything downstream improves. Data teams shed brittle, home-grown pipelines and custom code that consume engineering cycles. The business gets sharper marketing performance, stronger fraud detection, and AI models that don’t degrade on mismatched records.

Redpoint Identity Studio is designed for mid-market and enterprise organizations in industries where identity precision matters, including financial services, healthcare, insurance, and travel and hospitality.
