Data Leader Joins Nagomi as Organizations Push to Operationalize Exposure Insight Across Security Environments

Nagomi Security announced the appointment of Anat Polachek as Head of Data. In the role, Polachek will lead the data architecture behind the Nagomi platform, responsible for how security signals from across tools and environments are structured, correlated and translated into clear exposure insight. Her work will focus on ensuring security teams can understand where they are exposed and coordinate remediation with greater speed and precision.

Her appointment comes as security leaders face growing pressure to show that the tools already deployed across their environments are delivering real risk reduction. Most organizations operate dozens of security platforms producing constant streams of alerts, findings and telemetry. Making sense of those signals, and translating them into coordinated remediation across teams, remains one of the industry’s hardest operational challenges.

Nagomi’s platform addresses this challenge by correlating security data across environments and presenting it in a unified exposure context. Polachek will help expand the data architecture behind that capability as Nagomi advances toward an agentic model of exposure operations, where insight can translate directly into action, ownership and measurable risk reduction.

“Security programs already generate enormous amounts of data,” said Emanuel Salmona, CEO and co-founder of Nagomi Security. “The real challenge is organizing that data so teams can see where they are exposed and act with confidence. Anat has spent her career building the kinds of data systems that make that possible at scale.”

Polachek brings more than a decade of experience across data science, engineering and analytics. She previously held data leadership roles at Wix and ironSource, where she designed and scaled complex data architectures supporting large-scale analytics and rapidly expanding technology platforms.

“Security signals only become valuable once they are connected and understood in context,” said Polachek. “Nagomi is solving a problem that many organizations struggle with every day. It brings clarity to exposure across complex environments so they can prioritize the work that actually reduces risk.”
