RSA, the security-first identity leader, announced the appointment of Ryan Toben as Chief Customer Officer, a key addition to the company’s leadership team.

“Ryan will ensure that our customers’ priorities continue to shape our innovation-led agenda and that they receive best-in-class support and outcomes throughout the customer journey,” said RSA CEO Greg Nelson.

Toben is a proven customer success and operations leader with more than 20 years of experience driving commercial execution and sales strategy. As Chief Customer Officer, he will own and elevate the end-to-end RSA customer journey, serving as the voice of the customer and leading a global organization focused on helping customers realize value across every stage of their engagement with RSA.

“High-security leaders across government, financial services, energy, healthcare, and other high-assurance industries rely on RSA to secure their teams, stay operational, and stop attacks before they start,” said RSA CEO Greg Nelson. “Ryan will ensure that our customers’ priorities continue to shape our innovation-led agenda and that they receive best-in-class support and outcomes throughout the customer journey.”

Prior to joining RSA, Toben served at Cabrio, Inc., first as SVP of Customer Success & Sales Operations, then as SVP of Customer Success & Account Management. Previously, he worked as Chief Revenue Officer at Kiddom and held several leadership roles at Gainsight, culminating as General Manager of International Business. Toben currently serves on the board of US Special Rescue.
