Pisani brings decades of enterprise security expertise to enable confident adoption of agentic AI

Noma Security, the leading AI security platform, announced the appointment of Ralph Pisani as Chief Revenue Officer, marking the continued expansion of its world-class executive team hired to secure agentic AI adoption and create confidence in enterprise AI innovation. Pisani will oversee all aspects of sales strategy and revenue growth as enterprise cybersecurity teams increasingly seek comprehensive security solutions for AI and agent deployments.

“Ralph’s track record in enterprise security is exceptional. He’s built and scaled revenue organizations, developed winning go-to-market strategies, and consistently delivered results in highly competitive markets,” said Niv Braun, CEO and Co-Founder of Noma Security. “What sets Ralph apart is his genuine understanding that security can enable AI innovation and business transformation, not hinder it. His experience helping enterprises navigate complex security challenges, combined with his proven ability to drive growth, makes him the perfect addition to our world-class leadership team. Ralph brings the experience, relationships and operational rigor we need to further accelerate our mission of securing the future of AI.”

Pisani brings decades of cyber experience to Noma Security having held senior leadership roles at some of the most-respected cybersecurity companies in the industry and most recently with Protect AI. As president of Exabeam, he led global sales and go-to-market strategy, helping scale the company into a category leader. Earlier roles at Imperva and CipherTrust further solidified his reputation for building high-performing teams and driving sustained growth. Widely recognized as one of Silicon Valley’s top security sales leaders, Ralph brings a strategic mindset and deep operational expertise to his role as Noma Security Chief Revenue Officer.

“Joining Noma Security at this pivotal moment feels like the perfect alignment of mission and opportunity,” said Ralph Pisani, Chief Revenue Officer at Noma Security. “We’re facing the most complex cybersecurity challenge of our generation; securing agentic AI systems. Noma Security built the most-comprehensive AI security platform in the industry and it has already been adopted by Fortune 500 organizations who are confidently adopting agentic AI. Noma Security customers are more-rapidly leaning into AI adoption and innovation, and I’m excited to help CISOs and their teams responsibly enable agentic AI and help their customers realize the benefits.”

This news comes on the heels of the Noma Security $100M round of funding and appointments of Diana Kelley as CISO, and Mavi Etzyon-Grizer as VP of customer success, further underscoring the company’s rapid growth and continued momentum.
