WHO:

Rachel Tobac, CEO of SocialProof Security, is an ethical hacker and social engineering expert who helps organizations protect against phishing, vishing, and AI-enhanced fraud. She has been featured by NPR, CNN, and Wired for her live hacking demos that show how easily humans can be tricked into giving up sensitive information.

Mike Engle, Chief Strategy Officer at 1Kosmos, previously served as head of Information Security for Lehman Brothers, where he designed the bank’s global security program. He also co-founded Bastille Networks, a venture-backed startup that pioneered wireless threat detection.

WHAT:

From HR onboarding to IT service desk calls, identity is being compromised before it’s even authenticated. In this live, eye-opening session, renowned social engineer Rachel Tobac will expose how AI-assisted impersonation attacks are bypassing traditional technical defenses and exploiting human trust at scale. Including those linked to North Korean operatives targeting the Fortune 500. Attendees will learn:

  • How attackers use AI-generated deepfakes and synthetic voices to bypass identity verification
  • Real-world examples of impersonation at IT help desks and customer service centers
  • How to mitigate these AI-powered threats without adding friction to the user experience.
