Primary Digital Infrastructure, an advisory and data center investment platform, today announced several key initiatives to support strategic expansion and growth momentum for the Company. Today’s news includes the appointments of Chris Baise as director and Tommy Hanson as principal. The moves come as the firm formally opens its New York office, reinforcing its commitment to expanding access to transformative AI and data center development and investment opportunities.

Hanson is responsible for the execution of new investment opportunities for the firm as well as capital formation. Prior to joining Primary Digital, Tommy was at GI Partners for seven and a half years on the technology real estate acquisitions team. Before his tenure at GI Partners, Tommy worked in investment banking at Raymond James on both the Real Estate and Technology & Services teams. In his new role at Primary Digital, Baise will lead strategic investment initiatives and operator partnerships, with a focus on high-impact assets that power AI, cloud, and edge computing. Baise brings more than 25 years of real estate and infrastructure investment experience, including over a decade of leadership in the data center sector. His transaction history spans more than $10 billion in value across acquisitions, asset management, and capital markets. Most recently, Baise served as director and sector head of Digital Infrastructure at Harrison Street, where he oversaw a 2 GW data center portfolio across 14 markets and led the execution of hyperscale development and leasing strategies.
