“CrowdStrike’s mission to stop breaches has never been more important. Brad brings deep experience leading communications for some of the most influential companies in technology, and he’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our impact as we enter our next phase of growth.”

Burns joins CrowdStrike from Snowflake, where he served as chief communications officer – the same role he previously held at Salesforce. Before that, he held senior communications roles at AT&T, including as senior vice president of corporate communications for AT&T Communications. He brings more than two decades of experience shaping market narratives, building scalable communications functions and driving growth. Burns will help elevate CrowdStrike’s position as the gold standard for modern cybersecurity platforms and work even more closely with government organizations to shape global cybersecurity policies.

“CrowdStrike sets the standard for modern cybersecurity – a company that pairs relentless innovation with a clear, mission-driven purpose,” said Burns. “Cybersecurity is foundational to how modern businesses operate and grow, and CrowdStrike is the proven leader in stopping breaches. I’m excited to join the fight at such a pivotal moment and help tell the story of how CrowdStrike is defining the future of AI-powered security.”
