Transcend Partners with Microsoft to Bring Seamless Data Governance to the Enterprise

Transcend proudly announces its collaboration with Microsoft in their Pegasus Program, an invite-only initiative to help bring enterprise-ready technology to the Microsoft ecosystem.

Privacy leaders need a comprehensive, next-generation solution to understand where all personal data silos are, who owns that data, why the business is using the data, and how to reduce risk, improve operational efficiency, and build customer trust.

Through this partnership, Transcend and Microsoft are creating a seamless way for enterprises to deploy Transcend’s platform into their own Microsoft instance and automatically perform technical privacy operations such as data silo discovery, structured data discovery, unstructured data discovery, and Data Subject Request (DSR) management.

The partnership reflects a resounding endorsement of Transcend’s next-generation technology, as well as its pivotal role in driving data privacy innovation in a complex regulatory landscape.

Amid increasing consumer focus on data privacy and escalating enforcement from regulators worldwide, enterprises are grappling with how best to safeguard consumers’ personal information, while supporting robust compliance. Radically different from legacy privacy management platforms, Transcend encodes privacy directly into the systems that handle personal data, going beyond checkboxes and human processes to embed governance at the data layer.

“We are confident that Transcend’s next-gen solutions will provide tangible relief to organizations navigating the complexities of data privacy compliance,” remarked Ben Brook, CEO and co-founder of Transcend. “Our collaboration with Microsoft underscores the significance of our mission and the transformative potential of our technology.”

Beyond joint sales and marketing endeavors, the Pegasus Program extends comprehensive technical and infrastructure support to quickly growing companies. Transcend’s suite of privacy-enhancing tools is available on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, streamlining accessibility for Microsoft’s clientele and expediting deployment timelines.

Transcend’s next-generation privacy platform represents a significant step forward in managing these complexities. Transcend is architected with the foresight and agility needed to tackle large enterprises’ intricate data privacy challenges. At Microsoft, we believe that robust data management is fundamental to business innovation. Transcend’s platform offers the kind of integrated, scalable, and secure solutions that businesses with complex needs require. We’re thrilled to see them reach this milestone.”

Transcend’s suite of over 12 data privacy solutions is trusted across a diverse array of industries, including finance, healthcare, and government entities, and by market leaders like Rippling, Robinhood, and Hims & Hers.
