Orchestra Insight is a part of Globalgig’s groundbreaking SaaS platform, Orchestra, which offers detailed inventory and billing management across all wireline and wireless services, including a white-labeled option for wholesale customers. Orchestra Insight enhances the platform by offering additional functionality and features, including:

  • A single, correlated view of real-time network data, displaying the alerts that matter at a site level, thereby eliminating the need to analyze multiple, disparate alerts and notifications
  • Integrated service management capabilities across the full spectrum of wireless broadband, SD-WAN, SASE and other network services
  • Real-time data and root-cause analysis for faster restoration times
  • Contextualized monitoring to reduce notification noise and identify impactful network events
  • Visibility and API-enriched reporting across vendors including Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Cradlepoint, Peplink and Teltonika
  • Advanced network intelligence capabilities for more efficient prioritization
  • Cutting-edge security, including SOC2 Type 2 compliance
  • Customizable dashboards that provide a granular view of network availability, risk, health, and application performance for comprehensive network oversight and reliability
  • 100% site-level SLAs to complement existing best-in-class network availability SLAs

“TeleGeography’s data shows that enterprises have moved to SD-WAN and SASE-enabled hybrid WANs to get traffic to the cloud more efficiently, lower costs, boost bandwidth and enhance security,” Greg Bryan, senior manager, Enterprise Research at TeleGeography, shares. “These shifts in the WAN have highlighted the need for new approaches to network management. Tools such as Orchestra Insight can help WAN managers cut through complexity and focus on meeting business needs rather than putting out fires.”
