8 March is International Women’s Day. It is considered one of the most important days in the year that celebrate women’s achievements or rally for women’s equality. According to research, girls and women are systematically pushed away from STEM fields, leaving a huge gender gap in the fast-changing IT, cybersecurity, and AI ML fields. Today, we address the challenges women leaders face in their careers despite having adequate STEM skills and expertise. The special IWD series features prominent women thought leaders who have a vision for the future of girls in STEM fields.
Here’s the interview snapshot featuring 12 top-line female leaders and managers.
