According to Statistics Indonesia, the income of small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) accounts for 99% of Indonesia’s gross domestic product (GDP). These enterprises play a key role in driving innovation, increasing exports, and promoting social inclusion. However, they face many challenges in digital transformation, such as numerous application scenarios, complex requirements, difficult maintenance, and high risks. To address these challenges, Telkom and Huawei jointly launched the first Bundle Package for SMEs in the Asia Pacific region. The Bundle Package is cost-effective, and easy to launch and manage. It features a wealth of industry-leading offerings and flexible options for a wide range of application scenarios. MSMEs can customize their own Bundle Packages based on their unique requirements so that they can maximize efficiency gains from their digital transformation.

During the conference, the two companies explained that the Bundle Package focuses on four key scenarios: retail chains, hotels, real estate, and education campuses. They said that this upgraded and converged package includes leading products and services such as converged private lines, Wi-Fi services, cloud services, and an intelligent video management and analytics platform, as well as related installation services.

FM Venusiana R said that Telkom has a high share in the SME market and that the Bundle Package for SEMs that was jointly launched by Telkom and Huawei is an innovative combination of competitive new products, such as Managed Wi-Fi, an intelligent video management and analytics platform, and cloud services. She added that the inclusion of the intelligent platform which was commercially used in Indonesia for the first time has greatly improved the competitiveness of the Bundle Package. The Package is designed to help SMEs in different industries become more competitive by improving their management efficiency and reducing their operating costs. It is estimated that the Bundle Package will attract about 420,000 users over the next three years. 40% of existing users are expected to switch to the Bundle Package and 20% of them will be new customers.

The Bundle Package that was jointly developed by Huawei and Telkom is a one-stop converged ICT solution designed for MSMEs in Indonesia. The launch of the Package is a key milestone in our partnership in the B2B field. It is also an important step in Huawei’s close collaboration with carriers to deploy B2B solutions in Indonesia.
