Pronto Software and IBM’s New Data Integration Feature Set to Deliver Unparalleled Business Intelligence

Pronto Software and IBM’s New Data Integration Feature Set to Deliver Unparalleled Business Intelligence

Pronto Software, a leading Australian provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, strengthens its long-standing relationship with IBM, launching a groundbreaking data integration suite of products called Pronto Xi BI Unlimited with IBM Cognos Analytics with Watson. This innovative collaboration marks a significant milestone in delivering advanced analytics and comprehensive insights for Pronto Software customers.

With the introduction of Pronto Xi BI Unlimited suite of products, customers gain access to an expanded landscape of data, enabling them to accelerate their business insights and achieve a complete picture of their operations in a single view.

With the new capability, customers can gain a comprehensive view of their entire operations with unlimited data access to report and analyze all their critical business data together. This includes data from Pronto Xi ERP as well as other sources, such as external financial systems, sales tools, online websites, weather and weather forecast, foot traffic trends, PLC controllers, and IoT. The integration addresses a critical challenge that many businesses face – a limited focus on the scope of data that was deemed important.

In addition to gaining access to unlimited data sources, customers will also be able to access deeper insights leveraging IBM Cognos Analytics’ Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. AI has emerged at the forefront of data innovations. According to McKinsey, AI transforms roles and boosts performance across functions, unlocking upwards of AU$ 6.64 trillion annually.

Since 2018, IBM Cognos Analytics with Watson has provided users with advanced capabilities to simplify business intelligence, uncover data relationships and generate powerful business insights.

“We are delighted to strengthen our longstanding relationship with IBM through this innovative collaboration,” said Chad Gates, Managing Director at Pronto Software. “As the space of BI and AI continues to evolve, working closely with IBM allows us to deliver the right tools to our customers and facilitate their growth and maturity in using AI for data-driven decision-making.”

“Most organizations today understand the value of making decisions based on data insights, but successful ones will focus on whether these insights are framed, created, and analyzed effectively with accuracy based on data they can trust,” said Nicholas Flood, Managing Director of IBM Australia.

“We are proud to expand the long-standing partnership with one of Australia’s most innovative companies Pronto Software, and together bring AI-powered automation and insights to enable Australian organizations to unlock the full potential of their data.”
