Samsung Partners with Servify to Launch Samsung Care+ in KSA

Samsung Electronics announces its partnership with Servify, a global product lifecycle management platform, to launch Samsung Care+ in Saudi Arabia. Samsung Care+ is a comprehensive device care plan that covers a broad range of Samsung products, including Galaxy smartphones and tablets. This partnership will ensure that Samsung users in Saudi Arabia have easy access to Samsung Care+, which offers benefits like complete damage protection, certified repair service, worry-free claims process, and free pick up and drop service.

“The new partnership with Servify emphasizes our keenness to provide the best customer experience and the highest quality services that Samsung has always been known for. With our partners, we introduce the Samsung Care+ program in Saudi Arabia to offer Samsung customers the service plan they need in line with our vision to provide the best aftersales experience for our customers. At Samsung, we always look forward to providing services that meet the quality of our products,” said Sami Khairalla, Head of Mobile Division, Samsung Saudi Arabia Electronics.

“We are thrilled to have partnered with Samsung bringing SamsungCare+ to KSA. Our ongoing partnership with Samsung covers several regions including the US, Canada, Eastern Europe, UAE & other GCC countries and India, which reiterates the trust Samsung has in our capabilities,” said Sreevathsa Prabhakar, Founder of Servify.

More than 15 million Samsung smartphones were sold in Saudi Arabia, between 2019 and 2021, according to a Canalys report. With this alliance with Servify, Samsung is poised to not only continue its growth trajectory but also offer a more holistic and superior ownership experience to its customers while using Samsung products.
